Abstract

The Korean government has been supporting international S&T collaboration in various ways such as operating international R&D centers, promoting international R&D projects and so on. It is very important to identify the success or failure factors of international R&D activities. However, there has been virtually no research conducted regarding that subject in Korea. In this context, this research tried to analyze the international R&D projects of Korea and to suggest a policy direction for the Korean government by focusing on Korean Government supported international R&D projects
