Abstract :
Three-dimensional Virtual Reality models that can be explored in real time provide an exciting way for a diverse audience to engage with multi-disciplinary information. The “Reviving Karanis” project re-unites cultural heritage data ranging from archaeological excavation reports to museum collections and provides a way to explore their relation in an intuitive, associative, or highly data driven approach.
