  • Abstract
    According to the relationship of failure time between system and subsystems of CNC Bending Machine, a Monte Carlo simulation model is constituted. Considering reliability influencing factors, the factor weight is determined by fuzzy scoring and analytical hierarchy process. Comparing the relationship status of old CNC Bending Machine and new CNC Bending Machine, reliability growth coefficient is proposed based on reliability influencing factor weight and fuzzy scoring. Reliability prediction model is constituted by combining reliability growth coefficient and the Monte Carlo simulation model. The prediction model could predict reliability distribution, reliability index, failure frequent based on Weibull distribution and so on.
