Abstract
This paper aimed at investigating what role the claudin-7, Fas and integrin β1 play in the occurrence and development of gastric carcinoma. Method: immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect Claudin-7, Fas and integrin β1 expression in 45 gastric cancer tissues (gastric carcinoma group) and 10 normal gastric mucosa tissue (normal group), Spearman correlation analysis method was used to analyse the correlation between the three indices and clinicopathological parameters of gastric cancer. Results: claudin-7 and Fas positive expression rate of gastric cancer group was lower than the normal group, positive expression rate of integrin β1 was higher than the normal group, all P<;0.05; expression of claudin-7 and integrin β1 was related to gastric cancer tumor differentiation and depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis, the expression of Fas was related to tumor differentiation and depth of invasion; claudin-7 and Fas expression was positively correlated, claudin-7, Fas had negative correlations with integrin β1 expression. Result: expression deletion of claudin-7 and Fas and over-expression of integrin β1 can promote occurrence and development, invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer.
