The Ability of University Teaching Staff in the New Period

In today´s world, knowledge-based economy, information, network, globalization, and the competition of science and technology have become more and more fierce, so the key position of higher education is becoming more and more prominent. The main task of the institutions of higher school is to cultivate talent, and the teaching is the central work in Colleges and universities, teaching and educational administration is the basis of guaranteeing teaching order and promoting quality of running school, is one of the key links in the management of colleges and universities. Therefore, how to improve the quality of education, offer better quality education, professional knowledge and skills for students, rich their wings and help them do some preparation for students to really move toward society are required profound thinking for university staff. In this paper, it analyzes some deficiencies of the educational administration departments and summarizes some proposals in order to achieve better education in the identity of the staff of the university educational administration department.
