Abstract
Smart city as a concept of using intelligent technologies to support all sectors of urban agglomerations seems to be very promising and important. Creation of specialised knowledge portals denotes the necessity of integration essential city components (people, economy, living, mobility, environment and governance). Two factors important in such platforms are discussed in the paper: usability of e-learning and active presence of knowledge inventors in development of urban knowledge portals. Aim of this paper is to present how city´s authorities can develop their network by co-working with external knowledge inventors and small training business services with using the dedicated knowledge platform.
