  • Abstract
This paper proposes a technique to increase the maximum achievable diversity of MISO downlink OFDM systems. The extended IDFT and DFT matrixes are applied into the OFDM modulator and demodulator blocks. Performance analysis presents that the maximum achievable diversity of MISO system is product of the numbers of transmit antenna (Mt), delay path (L) and extended factor (P). Numerical results indicate that BER performance curve of the proposed receiver with extended matrix reduces relative to P and is lower than that of the repeating space-frequency coding and the conventional receivers. Moreover, price of data rate of the proposed receiver is identical with the conventional receiver.
