Abstract :
TeSCA is an assessment tool to measure the utilization of ICT for Indonesia´ higher education institutions (HEI) using the “ZEN Framework” that will measure the various components. As an e-readiness assessment tool, the output of the measurement is index/rank that represent institutions´ capabilities to utilize ICT for their academic operation. The question arise when we want to use TESCA as self-assessment tool, will the attributes still relevant to be used as self-assessment tool? Since not all of the attributes can be used to measure in straight forward way, some of it need some adjustments. This paper tried to getting a better view for the attributes of the top 3 TESCA´s criteria (Campus´s suprastructure; Infrastructure technology; and Stakeholders´ profile) by mapping it with the 2 other e-readiness assessment models (named: HEAM and ARCIS). This study found that we can use HEAM and ARCIS model as a supplement and alternative approach for attributes´ measurement.
