Abstract :
A micro painless needle is copying the mouth of a female mosquito, and possess inside diameter 25 [μ m] and out diameter 50 [μ m]. The material considers biocompatibility and adopts Ti. I compose using the sputtering technique which is one by a film creation method. because creation is difficult for a micro painless needle by mechanical processing of existence. But a stiff decline with size decrease of a needle can be named as a problem. It´s previously announced, for, the bend test which saves and comes near to micromanipulator and the Young´s modulus using general-purpose finite element analysis soft ANSYS Workbench which confirm the stiffness of a created needle are calculated, and since it was checked, but putting linearity in the load around ,250 [μ m], experimental value and the difference have occurred to experimental value and analytic value. The price to which more micromanipulator fell compared with the general Young´s modulus by a decline of the measurement accuracy of the reaction force in experimental value is calculated, but it´s the current state. So I have measurement accuracy improvement of experimental value for my object in a needle with sections like a polygon by this report, and it´s low load and a smaller step size bend test is performed and the Young´s modulus by general-purpose finite element analysis soft ANSYS Workbench is calculated.
