Abstract :
The Linear Regulators with traditional MOSFET are used for low noise, low ripple, and fast transient applications. The Switching Regulators have low power dissipation, high efficiency and high power density. Both of the regulators properties can be improved with the help of improvement in the traditional MOSFET. In this research I have been designed the Linear Regulator and Switching Regulator with Double-Gate MOSFET. This Double-gate MOSFET will provide twice the current flow, which improves the above parameters of linear regulator and switching regulator.
