Abstract
Aiming at the overheating fault frequently occurred on the wind farm, based on the actual operation data of Guanyun wind farm, the failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) and criticality analysis(CA) of the key equipment (gearbox, generator and converter) has been conducted. Obtained the FMECA analysis table and criticality matrix analysis figure of the wind turbine gearbox, generator and converter under overheating fault, and confirmed the most serious factors of overheating fault. According to the result of overheating fault FMECA analysis, a scheme to solve wind turbines overheating fault and improve the efficiency was proposed combining the actual operation experience of wind turbines and fault statistics. Through the implementation of the scheme, the problems of overheating was solved, and overall improve the performance of wind turbines was improved.
