Abstract
Summary form only given. A tunable source comprised of a co-packaged optically-pumped MEM-VCSEL, pump laser, and wavelength locker and capable of coupling >20 mW of optical power into fiber while continuously tuning the C-band with high spectral fidelity (SMSR >50 dB and OSNR > 50dB) is presented.
