Abstract :
This paper focused on the analysis and compensation control of the detent force for slot-less Tubular Permanent Magnet Linear Synchronous Motor (TPMLSM). Based on the emulation analysis and the measurement for the detent force, the piecewise fitting compensation control was put forward to reduce the influence on the linear servo system which caused by the fluctuation of the detent force. The experimental result demonstrates that the method is effective and can significantly improve the control performance.
