The expected development of Chinese power consumption information collection system

In recent years, the construction of Chinese smart grid made great progress, as an important part of it, power consumption information collection system has been given increasingly attention. This paper analyzes and summarizes the development and the existing problems of power consumption information collection system during “Twelfth Five-year Plan”, and then make certain recommendations about areas which should be focused on during “Thirteenth Five-year Plan”.
