Abstract :
A new method to estimate the precession angle and synthetic aperture angle in ISAR imaging for precession cone target is proposed. The ISAR image is easier to obtain based on precession angle and synthetic aperture angle. In the proposed method, the precession angle is calculated by utilizing HRRP sequence based on the different flight attitudes. Secondly, the central observation angle and aspect angle sequences of the target are restricted, thereafter being used as input parameters for ISAR imaging. Finally, the ISAR imaging can be completed by using the algorithm of filtered back-projection. The proposed method has been tested with data acquired from the anechoic chamber, and the results showed that it is reliable for ISAR imaging.
