Abstract :
For widely use of BeiDou satellite navigation system (BDS) and wireless sensor networks (WSN), this paper put forward the fusion technology of BDS and WSN, and built the command and control system for emergency relief. Long-distance communication and broadcasting were realized by using the BDS RDSS link, while short-distance information collection and transmission were realized by using WSN in the system. The fusion method that based on kalman filtering gets positioning by using both BDS and WSN measurements. It has a higher positioning accuracy than WSN only. Compared with BDS method, positioning under the condition of less than 4 satellites can be realized. This method enlarged the range of communication and navigation. The conclusion can be made by simulating that this method can improve positioning accuracy and environmental adaptability in the command and control system.
