Abstract :
In the paper two permanent magnet systems for 346GHz Back-ward wave oscillator (BWO) are designed and simulated. The character of the two permanent magnet systems is that the intensity of the magnetic and the operation area can be tuned, and the volume is compact and the weight is light, which is favourable for the miniaturization of the BWO.
