  • Abstract
Transient dynamics analysis of 6M25 compressor shafting based on ANSYS was carried out in order to acquire shafting transient characteristics when compressor was in starting process. Compressor shafting finite analysis model was established with unit of solid186. Three types of drive torque with different transient time were applied on compressor shafting and corresponding shafting dynamic respond characteristic of starting processes were simulated. Simulation results showed that torsional vibration is existed in compressor starting process and shafting torsional resonance wouldn´t occur. The torsional angle of crankshaft free-end outside surface is increased with motor driving torque increasing. Maximum torsional angle of crankshaft free-end outside surface is determined by motor maximum driving torque and is unrelated with motor driving torque transient time. To increase motor driving torque transient time is helpful to improve compressor safe and stable operation without considering other constraint condition.
