Abstract :
A customer satisfaction degree model based on the theory of customer satisfaction by using the rough set and the weighted average evaluation methods is built in this paper. The investigative data of twelve different kinds of mobile TV are obtained by questionnaire, and we use the rough set conditional information entropy method to determine the weights of index in the model. Finally the scores of each mobile TV are calculated by the weighted average evaluation method.
