    This article consists of a collection of slides from the author´s conference presentation on transactional memory (TM). Some of the specific topics discussed include: TM implementation that provide atomicity and isolation; basic TM implementation requirements; and implementation options that incorporate hardware TM, software TM and hybrid TM.
