  • Abstract
    This paper through the analysis and comparison of several existing field bus, and combined with the structure system of cooling system, designed for use of liquid cooling radiating mode and use the CAN bus as the system data transmission mode. The use of CAN bus real-time, strong anti-interference ability and reliable error handling and error detection mechanism makes the system can also operate safely and effectively in the on-board equipment conditions on the. The design has the advantages of low noise, high heat radiating efficiency aspects of a temperature measurement and control system with CAN bus technology and liquid cooling technology combined with liquid cooling. To solve the current cooling system of high noise, low heat radiating efficiency and bulky shortcomings. At the same time, discusses the design scheme of the liquid cooling system, system flow and system function, The method has high feasibility.
