Abstract
Power lithium battery assembly production line adopts the distributed control system based on CAN bus, is divided into two levels, namely the station control layer( lower computer) and the production line management and control layer(IPC). Each station are connected to the CAN bus as a network node. In such multi-node and high load system, the standard CAN communication protocol can only ensure real-time transmission of high priority messages in the network, the real-time capability of low priority messages will reduce with the increase of the load, several competing failure will lead to uncertain delay of lower priority message transmission, even appear the phenomenon that the message is unable to send, cause packet loss and the station is jammed, resulting in the assembly is not normal. Based on this, this paper proposes a hybrid scheduling algorithm of the hierarchical structure, which combines the DMS algorithm and EDF algorithm in the index partitions, on the basis of the system real-time capability, not only make the system have higher bandwidth utilization, but also reduce the consumption of system resources.
