  • Abstract
    In biomedical area such as neuroscience, signal processing techniques is important for analysis, and classification of epilepsy brain disorder has been important research issue in last two decades. In the presented work, discrete wavelet transform method is used for decomposition of EEG signals and feature extraction. An artificial neural network is employed as classifier of EEG signal. The performance of proposed classification system is measured in terms of sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy. The results confirmed that proposed method is good classification system for binary classification problem.
