  • Abstract
    In this research paper; Implementation and Evaluation of Vehicle Tracking System is discussed in details with respect to its working. Vehicle tracking playing a major important role in video coding, surveillance, mixed reality, animations and video production. Increasing congestion on freeways and problem associated with existing trackers such as video image Processing. This paper describes the issues based on Difference based Tracking and block based tracking then compare their results and finalize best one.
