Abstract
Organizations tend to virtualize their business on the cloud due to information globalization. From business process complexity perspective, one of the technologies which most significantly support this automation is Workflow Management Systems. They support definition, synchronization and execution of business process activities. Having a tool to measure the quality of these systems on the cloud is essential. Thus, we propose a framework for evaluating and measuring this workflow process which helps to improve and maintain the models and processes they represent. Within this framework, a set of metric is applied to individually measure each relevant aspect of the models. The structural complexity of the global process and the models they represent is also measured. Each execution of a business process has a subjacent workflow which increments the work on the cloud thus, we applied our framework to evaluate workflow process on the cloud.
