    It is my great pleasure to present the proceedings of the National Conference on ?Recent Advances in Electronics & Computer Engineering?, RAECE-2015. This conference is in accomplishment of the golden jubilee year of Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering and Department of Computer Science and Engineering of Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee. We were honored to have Shri R. K Tyagi, Ex. Chairman and Director of Hindustan Aeronautics Limited as the Chief Guest, Prof. K. P. Singh, Ex. Director IIT BHU as the Guest of Honor and Prof. Yahia Hussein, INRIA-France as the Key Note Speaker on this special occasion.
