Abstract :
The aim of this study is to research the process of analysis the fatigue life of the car horn bracket. The data show many bracket fracture due to the stiffness is not enough, in order to solve this problem. Reserch was made to explore the bracket with different shape. By analyzing the mechanics character of horn bracket, a Finite Element Model of the bracket is established. According to steinberg´s based on Gaussian distribution and three-interval method of Miner liner cumulative damage law. We got some key problems of analysis of horn bracket, strength and fatigue life. Different shapes of horn bracket lead to different natural frequencies, and ultimately resulting in its strength and longevity vary.
