Abstract :
Nowadays, mobile devices such as wireless body sensors (WBASs) have been envisioned as an important application in healthcare monitoring system. Although healthcare monitoring system provides high-quality mechanisms to manage and safeguard health related data, it still faces many challenges including information security and privacy preserving. This paper proposes a secure CP-ABE encryption with Constant-size Cipher text and Constant Computation-Cost method for securing Personal Health Information. This method of secure CP-ABE with Constant size Cipher text and Constant Computation-Cost is used to describe users´ credentials and a patients´ encrypted data with credentials to determine who can decrypt sensitive Personal Health Information. We have compared our CP-ABE method with other existing CP-ABE and found that our CP-ABE with constant-size and constant computation cost is more efficient in relation to security and energy consumption during communication. Our study presents the results shown in table two which illustrate the Cipher text and private key sizes in terms of number of exponentiations, and number of pairing operations.
