Abstract :
The paper describes a visualization aspect of cloud seeding activities in a new hail suppression information system. The system increases the efficiency of the radar centers and automates the working process from acquisition of radar information about clouds to launching rockets with seeding material. The main advantages are less time consuming for seeding action and better precision for the determination of the area to be seeded. The system is based on the geographical information system (GIS) technology and the object oriented (OO) paradigm.
