Abstract :
A composite structure based on polypyrrole and phthalocyanine has been prepared. This structure was used as a sensitive layer for an ammonia gas sensor construction. The paper presents a comparative study between a sensor based on pathalocyanine and a sensor based on obtained structure. The resistance, sensitivity operating temperature, window temperature, and hysteresis were analyzed and a function mechanism was proposed.
