Abstract
In the work there has been presented a noninvasive method of determining the epicardial isochrones by using the computer simulation of the electrical field generated by the heart, and calculated on this basis the conduction velocity on the epicardial surface. For the implementation of the simulation there has been formulated the inverse boundary problem Cauchy applied to the heart field, solved by means of finite element method (FEM) with non-linear regularization. In the program of determining the isochrones in order to determine the localization of extreme potentials on the surface of the heart the surface Laplacian was employed. Presented are the results of calculations the modulus of conduction velocity for 20 patients. The carried out investigations proved: the equal distribution of epicardial isochrones for healthy patients (i.e. small difference between the maximal and minimal values of the conduction velocity-below 18%) non-equal distribution of epicardial isochrones for patients with cardiopathy, in particular with dysrhythmia and post-infarct (large difference between the maximal and minimal values of conduction velocity-more then 50%).
