Abstract :
In this paper, new fuzzy concept for integration of the power functions for distribution management system (DMS), is presented. Two time horizons are considered: medium-term operation planning stage and real-time control stage. Integrated fuzzy algorithm simultaneously treats medium-term load forecasting, load estimation, VAr/volt coordination and load flow problems. As fuzzy input variables, the forecasted consumer active node load and power factor diagrams (medium-term operation planning stage), or estimated consumer´s effective node load currents and power factors (real-time control stage), are considered. The topology and parameters of the distribution networks, as well as, VAr/volt control variables are assumed to be crisps. As the decision criterion the minimum operator, applied to the sum of all satisfaction degrees, as well as, the centroid rule for the optimal solution defuzzification, is applied.
