Abstract
The Theory of Processes (ToP/sup /spl copy//) is introduced as a versatile instrument of human sustainable development evaluation, by means of Environmental-logistic Engineering. Its apparatus is introduced with the aid of fundamental mathematical definitions of new entities and of hierarchical functions of several classes; set theory is used for this purpose. Cognition sources of process systems and their environment are: technology, anthroposophy, logistics, production and informatics. Relatively new requirements for production systems are generated by both customers and the competition. They must be taken as integral subjects and the customer even as an object of enterprise processes. The demands on production system dynamics result in the need to create a new approach to production systems processes. A novel methodology is introduced for logistic-environmental management, reengineering and design of the processes and process systems, i.e., the Theory of Processes, ToP/sup /spl copy//. The ToP/sup /spl copy// apparatus is used to elaborate a new modification of the DYVELOP/sup /spl copy// method. The necessary phraseology, procedure, functions and special entities of the ToP are discussed. The problem is solved in the frame of the GACR101/0890 project.
