Abstract
As reported by IMF, China, whose population is now 21% of the world, has maintained a high economic growth in 2001. Its actual, GDP growth rate in August 2001 reached 7.5%. This paper discusses the eco-design strategy, which is to ensure the continuity in economy growth, environment protection and effective utilization of resources. With the help of game theory, the profit obtained and the environment deterioration are compared for the cases with or without eco-design introduction. At the same time, after the analysis of some problems in eco-design product, the best design method for room temperature technology to be used in the electronic field was proposed. Finally, we give an introduction to the experiment in room temperature bonding technology
