Abstract
A dual feeding structure with microstrip and H-shaped aperture feeding for a microstrip antenna is proposed to achieve high isolation. The H-shaped aperture is designed at the center of the ground plane to provide better characteristics than a conventional rectangular aperture. The measured isolations for the proposed single and 1×4 array antenna along the E-plane of the aperture feeding are less than -49 dB and -48 dB, respectively.
