Abstract :
Magnetic multilayers CoP/Cu have been made by electrodeposition, using a pulsed electrolytic current. Structural analyses of samples show the presence of Cu crystalline layers and CoP amorphous layers, containing /spl sim/12% at. P and small percentage of Cu atoms. The obtention method allows to control the magnetic moment and magnetic anisotropy of samples during deposition.
