  • Abstract
    We evaluate the outage capacities of a multi-carrier downlink wireless LAN system. Time, frequency, and code division are considered to multiplex different users. For code division, we also consider a multi-carrier CDMA implementation with orthogonal signature sequences. It is assumed that the transmitter has no channel state information. Numerical results show outage capacity regions and outage probabilities for a two-user system with different average signal-to-noise ratios.
