Abstract :
Recently many researchers have worked on extracting the region of the blood vessel from MRI image automatically and have good results. Most of the researches considered the geometrical character and the intensity. However, both of the shape and the intensity varied with the patient. The error estimation was difficult, because the inside of the blood vessel have been usually recognized by the operator, based on the image appearance.. In this study, we proposed the method to extract the region of the blood vessel, based on the velocity.
