Abstract :
The entrainment response of a pair-cell ionic model is obtained as a function of the pacing frequency and of the coupling resistance. Changes in the response are shown to be linked to the modification action potential duration by the intercellular resistance. A two-dimensional finite difference model is proposed that reproduces the dynamics of the ionic model.
