From the editor-in-chief

The Editor-in-Chief is pleased to introduce the first issue of Systems that will showcase its brand new look and feel. The issue has lighter, glossier paper, color figures, new and interesting topics, and a cover that coordinates directly with the content published in the issue. Another special item to note is that this issue also introduces the first of a two-part series on Passive Coherent Location Radar by guest editors: Dr. Farina and Dr. Kuschel. This series will bring some very interesting topics, which the guest editors describe in more detail in their editorials.
