  • Abstract
In this work, a multiple bulk input differential logic (MBIDL) is presented. A multiple-input boost circuit is employed to the bulk terminal of the input device to improve the logic design flexibility. Logic gates with complex functions can be easily designed. The MBIDL can generate a pair of complementary full-swing output signals without DC power dissipation. It is shown that the MBIDL has better speed and power performance compared to the conventional differential logic circuits.
