Abstract
Surface relief holograms and diffusers are fabricated on azo-polymer films by irradiation of interference laser fringes. Temperature dependence of the increase of the surface relief structure is measured. The diffraction efficiency of the hologram is controlled by irradiation of the laser beam with corona charging above Tg.
