  • Abstract
    Presented in this paper are the results of the development of a multisystem transcoder of color TV signals (NTSC, PAL, SECAM), combining a wide range of functionalities and rather low cost. Creation of such transcoder is based on the use of the opportunities of TV signal digital processing. Transcoder flow chart and operating diagram are given.
