  • Abstract
For the manufacture of train wheels, the traditional melting method is very difficult to purify the contents of molten steel. According to advanced computer control systems and reliable field measuring and regulating devices, three mathematical models, namely the automatic material feeding system, electrode temperature regulating system and vacuum device adjusting system, have been developed in the paper. As a result, the content of molten steel has been guaranteed in the whole technological process of the project.
