Abstract :
Fuzzy reasoning has become an important intelligent control method for traffic operation. This paper first proposes a new fuzzy algorithm for changeable phase signal control of an isolated intersection, then develops the corresponding fuzzy controller. Finally the simulation experiments based on synthetic data are conducted to show the effectiveness of our algorithm.
