Abstract :
In this paper, we studied digital signal traveling along the trace over slotted ground. We used FDTD method to simulate electromagnetic distributing. Firstly, we analyzed the variety of digital signal in transmission process. At last, we obtained the relationship of the variety of signal with slot width, signal rise-time and the period of signal. We also analyse the mechanism responsible for the variety. Simulation result in this paper is very useful for the PCB design and other relevant works.
