Abstract
With the development of multimedia and network technologies, network video services have become more and more important. The intelligent streaming media services system based on the combination between streaming media and MPEG technologies, which provides an uniform intelligent integration settlement scheme of network video application services including content producing, content description, content management, resource retrieval, content proclamation, copyright prevention has been discussed in this paper. This paper has given a brief description of the implementation of the key technologies, such as structure design of the system, scalable encoding, self-adaptive streaming transmission, intelligent video retrieval and video watermarking.
