Abstract
A set of necessary conditions for hybrid system trajectory optimality is presented which constitute generalizations of the standard maximum principle (MP). Based upon these conditions, we propose and analyze a class of general algorithms for hybrid system trajectory optimization subject to fixed switching schedule.
