Abstract
This paper applies the spheroidal T-matrix approach of Hackman et al. (1984, 1985, 1994) to describe the scattering from large aspect ratio targets. Due to the limits of double precision arithmetic in the computation of the spheroidal wave functions, these methods are limited to frequencies below kL/2=30.
