Abstract
The necessity of succeeding the knowledge of expert operators familiar with all production area is becoming important. This paper discusses the knowledge management of expert operators at plant floors, where manual interventions are still key productivity bottlenecks. Meta-operation concept is an improvement cycle by converting tacit operators´ knowledge into knowledge base, and deputizes their work as an ultimate solution.
